
Wendy L. Rose, Child Care Director/Infant Room Teacher
I started working here in May 2004. I have been working in the child care field for 23 years. I am orginally from a small city (Mechanicville) in Upstate New York. I attended Hudson Valley Community College and recieved my AAS in Human Services. I worked with Preschool children for about 2 years, before I began working with School Age children. I worked for the Mechanicville Area Community Services Center, Inc. as the School Age Child Care Director for 10 years overseeing 2 child care sites, recreation program and Banana Splits Advisor (working with children from single parent homes). I moved to Wisconsin in 2001 and worked as a Lead Teacher with Infants - School Age, prior to working at Tender Loving Christian Child Care & Preschool.
Most of my family lives in New York. My brother and other sister-in-law are station in Iraq. My youngest brother is station in Fort Bragg, NC. I live in Oostburg with my fiance', our 4 cats and a dog named Molly. Molly likes to come and visit with the childeren. In my free time I enjoy going camping, going to the beach and taking our boat out on the lake. I also enjoying crocheting and making baby outfits and blankets.

Cynthina Beltran, Preschool Teacher/Infant Teacher/Assistant Teacher
I recieved my BA in Early Childhood Education from Concordia University Wisconsin. I started working for TLCC in July 2004. I am married and have 2 children, a 4 year old boy and a 3 year old daughter. I enjoy reading and counted crossstitch.

Tammy Steiner, Toddler Teacher
I attended Madison Area Techincal College and recieved my diploma in Early Childhood. I have been working with infants through school age children for 15 years. I began working at TLCC in June 2006. I love my job and working with the children. When I'm not working you can see me out walking or exercising. I also love to shop.

Ashley DeGrand, Toddler Teacher
I am a mother of 3 children. I began working with TLCC as an Assistant Teacher while working on getting my Lead Teacher Certification. I completed my Lead Teacher Certification in December 2008 and I was promoted to Lead Teacher in the Toddler Room. When I'm at home I like spending time with my children and writing poetry. I also collect dolphin figurines. I am working on going back to school for computer programmer and networking.

Sandra Raml, Infant Assistant Teacher
This is my first year here, but I have 9 years of experience in infant and toddler care. I have been married to my husband Louie for 28 years and we live in the Town of Sheboygan. I have one daughter and a grandson. Our family enjoys going up nort and watching my grandson play soccer. In my free time, I enjoy scrapbooking. I just finished a scrapbook of favorite family recipes, which included pictures of past generations. I also enjoy taking walks by the lake.

Lisa Powell, Preschool Teacher
I graduated in 2005 from Concordia University Wisconsin with a BA in Early Childhood Education. I taught 1st and 2nd grade in a Lutheran School in St. Louis, Missouri before moving to Wisconsin with my husband. My husband Samuel and I are living in Howards Grove for a year while Samuel is on Vicarage at Trinity Lutheran Church in Howards Grove. I enjoy reading, crosswords puzzles, and golfing.
